Machakos County Referral Hospital, with the support of the Clinton Health Access Initiative in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, has officially launched a fully equipped Skills Laboratory aimed at enhancing clinical training and healthcare service delivery.
The state-of-the-art laboratory provides a safe, hands-on learning environment where healthcare workers and medical students can practice clinical procedures under guided supervision. By bridging the gap between theory and practical application, the facility strengthens professional competence, reduces patient risk, and promotes teamwork among health professionals—ultimately improving the overall quality of healthcare services.
